RUSTBURG, VA - The Campbell County Cooperative Extension Office invites you to join the Balanced Living with Diabetes Program — a free, six-week series designed to help individuals with Type 2 diabetes take control of their health.
Participants will learn practical ways to:
- Make healthier food choices
- Become more physically active
- Manage blood sugar levels effectively

- Dates: Thursdays, Sept 25, Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30
- Time: 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
