Special Event Permit

In order to host any type of individual, family, or not for profit, or religious event in our parks (weddings, reunions, car shows, sporting events), a Campbell County Special Event Permit is required. Completed and signed permits are due at least 21 days before the event date. Fees vary depending on the location and event details.

Facility rentals that require a Campbell County Special Event Permit and is on County property, there is an additional fee added to the hourly rate in order to cover the required Parks & Recreation staff member that would be working these events.
