Find Approved Child Care

Families are encouraged to visit: www.childcareva.com to review all childcare vendors that accept the Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP).

Once on the site, 

• Select "FIND CARE" from the menu on the top of the page. 
• Enter your zip code. 
  • It can be any zip code in the surrounding area (Lynchburg, Rustburg, Altavista, etc.) 
  • You do not have to choose a daycare in Campbell County; however, we would advise you choose a daycare that is close by therefore travel is not a concern. 
• Upon entering the zip code, all centers in the area will be listed. 
• Select the desired provider.
• Verify their participation in the CCSP.
  • Contact the vendor to determine availability/open spot. 
  • Schedule a visit with the vendor to ensure your child's comfort.
  • Contact your worker to verify subsidy availability and approval.
