Refunds

League Fee Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in two scenarios: 1) if requested prior to jerseys being ordered as the league fees cover the cost of the jerseys, or 2) if a player drops out due to an injury with a doctor's note before the fourth game, which marks the halfway point of the season. 

Program Fee Refunds

Program fees will only be refunded prior to the halfway point of the program’s duration for reasons outside the participant’s control, such as instructor or department cancellations without cause, or the inability access the program’s location.

Rental Fee Refunds

Rental fees for pavilion usage will only be refunded due to inclement weather, at the department’s digression. Rental fee refunds may be requested at least 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation for non-weather related reasons.

Reservations made within 14 days of use are non-refundable.
