Request by Michele Boice to rezone property located at 506 Powell Road from Residential – Single Family to Agricultural in order to allow for the use of a kennel. The property is located in an area designated as medium to high density residential per the current Comprehensive Plan.

Request by Stuart Squier, agent for Michael D & Lori H Webb, for a special use permit to construct and operate a telecommunications tower on property zoned Agricultural. The property is located at 629 Farmcrest Road in an area designated as rural per the current Comprehensive Plan.
