Sheriff Gaddy states, "Since I became Sheriff, I have formed the Community Advisory Board. I meet regularly with the board to ensure that all of the citizens in the county have a voice in the Sheriff’s Office. We have implemented Project Lifesaver through grants and private donations.  Project Lifesaver is a program that assists Alzheimer patients’ and their families and anyone with a disorder that may cause them to wander from their home. I have received grant funding and private funding for the purchase of 45 in-car cameras for patrol cars.  When I became Sheriff there was one in-car camera.  We now have an in-car camera in all enforcement vehicles. In the next six months we will have mobile data terminals in all of the patrol cars.  The funding for these in car computers came from federal grants.  I am always looking for ways to improve our department and response to the citizens of Campbell County.  I welcome your comments and suggestions."
