A gap financing grant is available for affordable housing development.

The Central Virginia Planning District Commission (CVPDC) is seeking applications from public, for-profit, and non-profit developers for affordable housing projects.

“We must invest in affordable housing. Our community relies on affordable housing to help people support themselves and their families,” said Nina Rezai, Campbell County Director of Economic Development. “This grant will help developers provide affordable housing for Campbell County residents.
