The reality, however, is there is a lot more to consider in order to build within code, and make your project profitable.

To assist members of our community that have decided to embark on home renovations and house-flipping, Campbell County Community Development Staff have created a guide to take the homework - and headache - out of your house-flip.
Accessible online at the Campbell County Community Development Website, the Campbell County House-Flipping Guide citizens will be able to understand the nuances of permitting, construction and building inspections. On the Community Development Online Portal, there are also a variety of helpful resources for first-time flippers, which can help you make the most of your property project.
