The Campbell County Purchasing Office is pleased to announce a new bidding process through eVA - the Commonwealth of Virginia's e-Procurement Marketplace. Vendors are welcome to register in order to receive notice of bids in their respective fields.
To register, interested vendors may visit the state procurement website, eVA - Virginia's e-Procurement Marketplace, located at: https://eva.virginia.gov/index.html. Once registered, vendors will then receive notifications of all IFB's, RFP's and RFQ's which are open for bid for the locality and are pertinent to their selected skillsets and fields.
Information is available on each listed bid, and thorough details may be downloaded as well. All bids, proposals and quotes must be submitted according to the instructions contained in each document listed with the bid in reference. Bids, proposals and quotes must be received prior to the specified date and time. For all questions relating to County Procurement and Purchasing activities, tax exemption, or surplus property, please contact our offices.
