The following matters are scheduled for the September 5th Board Meeting:
Request by Elite of Virginia LLC, agent for Benjamin K & Jimmie R Cunningham, to rezone property located at 189, 197, & 205 Greystone Drive and tax map parcel 21H-1-C-5E from Business – General Commercial to Industrial – Heavy with a concurrent special use permit to allow for the construction of a transfer facility.
Request by Scott Gunn for a special use permit to operate an automobile sales business on property zoned Agricultural. The property is located at 957 Red House Road.
