Citizen Engagement and Quality of Life (CEQL)

The Department of Citizen Engagement and Quality of Life (CEQL) is comprised of the Campbell County Public Library System and the Department of Parks and Recreation.  This encompasses all department-sponsored community events and public experiences, volunteer opportunities, literacy, youth and adult recreational activities and senior programming.
