Starting salary for a Deputy Sheriff is $32,965 annually.

Applicant Requirements
Applicants are required to:
  • Be at least 21 years of age or older;
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or higher degree (Associate degree preferred);
  • Have a favorable driving record;
  • Pass an extensive background investigation;
  • Be in good physical condition; and
  • Must be able to meet all training requirements.
