Customers


The Management Services Department is committed to providing reliable information and quality service to our customers, who include citizens, elected officials, County administration, other County departments, vendors and employees. 

Functions


The functions of the department include:
  • Accounts payable
  • Budget
  • Financial reporting
  • General accounting
  • Grant administration
  • Payroll
  • Purchasing

Payroll


The County has approximately 400 employees. Management Services contracts payroll out to Automatic Data Processing (ADP).


Accounts Payable


The Management Services Department is responsible for paying all County invoices and for 1099 reporting. 

General Accounting


The Management Services Department is responsible for ensuring accuracy and dependability in all financial transactions and reports. Financial reporting covers local, state, and federal agencies.  We are audited by Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates.
